Timothy A. Brown, Executive Director
Schooling: Valparaiso High School Graduate of 1979; Ball State University Graduate of 1983, degrees in Geography and Urban and Regional Planning; Indiana Economic Development Academy, 1984; Indiana Real Estate License, 1991; Leadership Northwest Indiana, Class of 2000; Indiana State Chemist, Category 8 License, 2001, Municipal Pesticide Applicator; Numerous Indiana Association of Cities and Towns Seminars and Training Conferences on all types of municipal issues including, Tax Increment Financing Districts, budgets, finances, programs, sanitary sewers and treatment plants, storm water management, grants, policies, etc.

Work Ethics: Mr. Brown was born and raised in Valparaiso, Indiana and has been an active participant in regionalism discussions, projects and issues since returning to the Region in 1986. He has a major interest and has been following the ebb and flow of the West Lake Corridor and the Illiana Expressway projects since their inception. Most recently, as the Executive Director for the Regional Bus Authority he, and others, are trying to seek permanent funding for the consolidation and operation of all bus operations in Lake and Porter Counties to further the Mass Transit options for all residents of the region as a necessary component to the Quality of Life in the Region and to protect and enhance the future of this Region.
Kenneth Dallmeyer, Planning and Transit Director
Ken has been with the Regional Bus Authority since 2006, first as project manager and presently as Planning and Transit Director. He was instrumental in securing initial funding to establish the Authority. He oversaw the development of the initial transportation plans and most recently managed the planning and implementation of the newly restructured easygo Lake Transit routes. Prior to joining the Regional Bus Authority staff, Ken was the Director of Transportation Planning for the Northwestern Indiana Regional Planning Commission (NIRPC), where he managed the preparation of the Connections 2030 Plan. This plan addresses current and future regional highway and transportation needs for Lake Porter and La Porte counties. Ken has also worked for The Chicago Transit Authority as Manager of Service Development and as Transportation Manager in Orland Park and Schaumburg in Illinois. He holds a Masters of Public Administration Degree from the University of Colorado and a Bachelors degree in Engineering from Lafayette College in Pennsylvania.
Married, he has five children.
